These terms identify the agreements that apply when you purchase and use Basalt. Ramoth Audio develops and licenses the software. FastSpring is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for the purchase transaction.

Software license

Your installation and use of Basalt are governed by the Basalt End User License Agreement. Review that agreement before purchasing or installing the software.

Purchase transaction

FastSpring sells Basalt to you and handles payment processing, applicable VAT and sales tax, receipts, and approved refunds. Your purchase transaction is governed by FastSpring’s Terms & Conditions of Sale for Purchasers. The price and taxes presented in the FastSpring checkout are the authoritative amount charged for your order.

Delivery

After a successful purchase, FastSpring delivers your personal license key and activation instructions electronically. Contact support@ramothaudio.com if the purchase completes but the fulfillment information does not arrive.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, FastSpring’s purchase terms, and any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
